Did water change today....sucked up all the brown algae. Came back fast this time.
I keep thinking I need more light.
I bought a T5 80x4 light. A cheapo off [Ebay Link Removed] was to much light!
So I am thinking of maybe adding 2 36 inch decent LED's.

Part of the problem is I had brown diatom attack from hell, when I went from a cichlid tank to planted. I am still cleaning that stuff up.

Well I changed 2 things at the same time. I stopped dosing CSM&B.
I went out and bought one more timer so my co2 comes on 2 hours before the lights and stays on for 1 hour after the lights shut off.
So far so good.

Why would you keep your co2 for and additional hour after the lights turn off. The timer should be shutting the co2 off an hour before the lights turn off.
