Molly Question

I have several white mollies. I have had them for about a month. They all seam to be doing well. I have even had one give birth. For some reason over the last week I have a white maile's head start turning yellow. He seams fine. Just curious if anyone knows why his head might start turning yellow? Mayby he has some yellow molly genes in him?
