They will work the same, only thing is that the fish may try to eat it if you dose dry. I havent seen any harm to fish, I dose dry
Mix ferts with water or pour straight into tank?
Does it matter if I pour dry fertilizers straight into my tank, or mix them with water and then dose?

I usually mix mine in a small bowl before adding so no fish try to eat it.
In my main tank with fish I mix it just in case the fish thinks its a snack. In my other tank that has no fish I just pour it in the water.
I just dump it in, the fish nibble it but if it's bad for them they would have died already.
