Are these mites that have taken over my grindal worm culture?

I've been feeding these to my fish, since they decided to by my live food culture instead of the worms... Been doing it for about a week now without any negative effects. Anyone else have experience with feeding these to fish? How nutritious are they?

I would very much like to know the answer to this too. They're comparable in size to daphnia, but they do float. If there's no harm in feeding them I might just raise mites haha.
