Does anyone know if the Ma957 regulator have a check valve between the solenoid and the bubble counter. I've been having issues with the solenoid sticking on after the power is removed. I changed the original one out with a clippard because the old one was getting stuck. After one month of great operation is starting to act up again. I p.m'd Rex but anyone else have idea's?

There is no check valve there. One of the big faults in that regulator.

Do you think it's ok to run the bubble counter with no water in it. Or I was thinking of just scraping the end out of the solenoid and buying a better needle valve from you?

You can run the bubble counter with no water. That's not a problem.

I thought the bubble counter had an integrated check valve? Well, learn something new every day. If thats the case, then looks like I will be buying the JBJ bubble counter to put onto the regulator. Those come with integrated check valves.

One way to check. Remove the bubble counter and inhale on each end. If there is a check valve you will only be able to suck air on one end.
