I know that something commonly thrown around is 10 shrimp/gallon. But what I want to know, is how many people have violated this and gone upwards. I've definitely had somewhere around 800-1000 shrimp in a 29 gallon before (~27-33 shrimp/gallon) with no ill effects, but has anybody gone larger?

I've struggled to raise shrimp so can't easily comment there! And I'm not sure how many I currently have in a 10g!

I do want to say though that someone had something crazy like 2,000 shrimp per tank - averaged out! These were either 10's or 20's? I just remember it was a lot! lol
