I have three currently in operation and a spare for another tank in the future. The oldest in on my 45 gallon and I purchased it used 6 years ago; it is about 10 years old and still going strong. I recently set up a 75 gallon with two of the 350 Magnums and they do a good job of maintaining a good flow throughout the tank. Best of all warranty is handled here in the U.S. and parts are always available.

If you have the "Pro" are you using the Bio-wheels? If so and you are dosing ferts and CO2 you might want to do a little research and consider removing them.

I'm using my magnum 350 on my 20 gallon shrimp tank. Works splendidly. I just direct the outflow at the back of the tank and I use a spraybar so it's not overkill

I have one and only use it occasionally as a diatom filter (I add DE or Cellulose fiber) with the micropad filter. I find the thing fairly loud compared to my eheims but it makes a great diatom filter.
