I was considering upgrading to this LED light system from Marineland.

Could anybody give me a list, or tell me what lowlight plants I could grow with this fixture?

The LED lighting may or may not provide enough light depending on how deep the tank is.
Not many (any?) have reported on their expieriences with the double LED fixture, but I have heard that it may take a lot of LED bulbs to equal a couple T8 bulbs over most tanks when measuring how much light is reaching the substrate as opposed to surface or mid depths.
