I have noticed a few male endlers in my tank that have no color aside from a black mark on the dorsal fin and a very feint black line down the body. These endlers are the exact same size as other male endlers with full, vibrant color. I am wondering if it is possible that these guys are still developing or if I should just cull them.

Here is a picture of the male endler with no color. This is a male because of the visible gonopodium.


Here is a picture of the same fish next to a male with normal color. Notice that they are both the same size.
