My red Ludwigia is doing great, but the new leaves on the Ovalis are small and wrinkly. Any ideas what's going on?

No CO2 injection and no excel. Not enough surface agitation, maybe?

If that has two leaves per node, it is NOT Ludwigia ovalis

I'm not sure what plant it is now, but I don't think it's going to do well, so I'm looking to trade for some sunset hygro if anyone has any they would like to trade for.
