either i have low movement or i need a skimmer,

my 10 gallons tank is like solid ice , it doesnt move at all

and when my plants pearl all the bubble floats up and doesnt pop making it like a nest of bubblees

and sometimes i get oil....

surface skimmer? for a ten gallon will this be needed?

with a HOB filter, so i can not higher the spray bar

Oh, it sticks at the top? Just point something at the surface of the water. Use a cheap $5 or $10 powerhead.

yeah, common problem. Surface scum is usually from decaying plant leaves - undissolved protiens etc.. Epic nails the solution. Also clearing any dying leaves before they rot will help prevent it.
