I have an internal sump.
My water level in the last chamber are 7 cm below the water in the tank and other chambers.
When I disconnect the pump, the water get back to the tank level. We I connect it back the water goes down again.

Please advise.
Thanks

It is fairly normal to have a level differential there. If you want to have more water in the last chamber, raise the water level in the tank.

I have it for a year and it started going low only a couple of days ago.
What could cause it?
How do I return it back to be on the same level.
I cannot add more water to the tank, as it is on maximum.

Thanks

Is your media clogged? If that level has dropped recently it means that either water is being pumped out faster (unlikely) or that the water flowing in is being constrained. I'd try to rinse out your mechanical media.
