Can anyone recommend me a diffuser or inline reactor <--ideally this, that would work with a lower pressure setup 20-25 psi.

Its either this or feed my line straight into my canister intake like and risk air lock and cavitation damage on my filter which I'd really like to avoid (that and i dont want to hear my filter burp every 15-30 seconds.)

There are 2 common rector styles that you can build yourself for $20-$30:

Rex Reactor
Cerges' Reactor
This would work if I could guarantee when i hooked it up inline the psi requirement would be under 25psi, a lot of people hook these up inline and find out it increases their psi requirement into the low 40's which is not at all doable with my reg

I am not sure where you got that information. The in-line atomizers indeed require > 35 psi. The in-line reactors work at > 15 psi.

Yeah, I runn my Rex Grigg style at 20PSI. You just need bubbles going into the chamber, not anything high pressure.
