Dwarf Lobellia comes to mind initially but not sure on the low-medium side of things as it can get leggy without the proper light.
Low Light bush
Can someone suggest a low to medium light, bush-like plant? Something that gets about 6" (or so) tall, but will stay in one place and grow up and out, not spread. Any ideas would be very helpful. Thanks.

go with Hygrophila Kompakt, awesome plant in medium setups. Bushy and Grows about 6 in.
