I would like to buy an acrylic 10-20 gallon hex. So far all the LFS I have been by carry glass aquariums only it seems. I live in Wheat Ridge. Any recommendations on where to go? Thank you.

go to some of the LFS's and ask if they can order one for you, I do not think they regularly stock them due to the nature of acrylic being so easily scratched. Both Aqua Imports and Fish Den can order tanks, they may be able to get ahold of one for you.

Fish Den carries Marineland and Aqueon. They had glass hexs when I was in there and said they didn't carry acrylic. I'll probably just end up doing an internet order eventually. No one local seems to carry acrylic tanks, well at least where I have been to so far. Thanks for the response.

The petco by me has a 15 gal plexi hex in the discounted area near the register get this..... for 50.00 regular price 169.99

The petco is off 120th and Washington st.

No probs, if you want it, I would go grab it quick, the cashier told me that things disappear quickly after they reach that part of the store

I am probably heading up there tonight, thanks for the offer though. I am contemplating one of the GLA cubes though. I need something that will fit on my desk next to my computer and is only 20" deep. So was looking for something tall with a small foot print. Only thing worrying me about the hex is the access from the top for arranging things.

It does have a rather small opening at the top of the tank.
