Looking for suggestions on a budget goose neck LED

Howdy!

I've been working on a little 10 gallon with an in tank filter that I built a stand for. I'd like to throw a gooseneck over top of it that I can screw into the back of the stand and "goose" over the tank. It will only require low light. Planting vals and crypts, maybe a feature crinum. No need for a Kessil! Any recommendations on a light? I appreciate your input and consideration.

Cheers!

Beamswork makes a fairly cheap gooseneck version but probably too much light for your needs.
Finnex makes one as well..

I have an older sibling on a 20 that grows stuff.. Nothing challenging though.
