Hey guys,

I am trying to find a moonlight that would be just the right brightness for my 11 gallon mr aqua tank. I would like the light to be bright enough so that I can view my fish when my main light goes off, but at the same time be dark enough that my fish would be able to sleep normally. Since, the tank is in my room, I would be interested in keeping the lights not to bright so that when I am sleeping, or trying to sleep, the lights won't so bright that I couldn't.

For this, I have been searching for led lights and am wondering what you guys thought og this light

Would this light be too bright?

If anyone has any experience or knows about these moonlights, or can suggest other lights for this purpose that would be great.

Oh I am not much of a diy person, so lights that are plug and play types would be appreciated

I don't have any of those lights but I do like that one that I'm using as a moonlight.

The lights that I'm using aren't actually moonlights but just cheap leds that I found. It's not too bright nor too dark, I can see the fish just fine and they go to sleep in the darker areas of the tank.

I'd check places such as Lowes, Home Depot, drug stores and grocery stores for led night lights.

Patriot100%, that is a beautiful tank! I wish I could keep a tank that dark all the time, and grow anubias and crypts - I love the mysterious moody look to the tank - I'd like mine to look like that all the time!
