Looking for info about Pseudomugil furcata (Blue Eye Rainbow Fish)

I'm thinking of getting a few Pseudomugil furcata for my newly setup (and cycled) 21G open top tank. Not finding tons of info about them on the web so I'm wondering if others could answer a few questions if they know the answers.

Would these guys be considered hardy? Or more on the sensitive side. What are the ideal water parameters for these guys? Are they jumpers? Is there a male vs female ration that is recommended?
