Looking for a new T5HO for 30 gallon tank. Suggestions?

Hey all, ive been using a corallife light with poor reflectors for a while now and just a lot of inconsistencies have wanted me to upgrade to a T5HO with good reflectors that will promote better plant growth

Looking for a T5HO to upgrade that people may use for a 30 gallon co2 planted tank? Any suggestions? I did look at the PAR chart, and from my soil to the top of my tank it is about 14.5 inches, then a raised up fixture would probably add a 3 or 4 inches im assuming? Not familiar with the actual height if someone wants to chime in with suggestions

I can't hang a light from the ceiling either, so gonna have to go with a fixture that has legs raised above the tank
