greenleafaquariums.com has decent prices for online but if you want it cheap then you'll need to look locally, any wielding supply store should be cheaper.

I have checked ebay and found them to be mostly if not the same price as online retailers. Craigslist in my area I have not found anything good. I will still be looking, I do have an eye on one for 45.00 on ebay for a 5lb. Do you guys think that is good.

45 USD for an empty 5 lb tank is not bad; don't forget to factor in the refill costs before you purchase it.

Also, make sure that it is not past its hydro check expiry date.
