I'm looking for a new camera to take some macro photos (not super-duper-extra macro like some of you take) of mainly my coin collection. Not really wanting to spend a lot, maybe ~$150. I'd like to see finer details on coins as small as a dime (which compared to a shrimp, is enormous).

Any ideas on anything that might fit these couple requirements? Camera stores around here really aren't helpful as most are just big chain stores.

Mine isn't $150, but I use the Canon PS SX200IS for aquarium and nature shots!

I'll look into that. I'd even consider buying used if need be. Our cameras have always last years and years, so as long as it is taken care of I don't mind.
