I like the Picotope and Deco Kits sold at Dr Foster's but they don't have lids on them. I want something similar but with a lid so that fish can't jump out but haven't had any luck finding a good one. I already have the Tetra 1.5 gallon cube but find it kind of small. Thanks for any responses!

I got an AGA 2.5g rimmed tank that came with a glass top.....but it covers the whole top. Why not just make a top?

You should be able to go to any local glass place and have them cut you a piece, probably wouldn't be more than $5 for what you're looking for.

lol I'm not handy enough to make a glass top, especially one that has a curved edge to match those tanks. Mine would end up looking like crap and who knows how many tries/resources it would take me. Also I don't have the tools to do it.

Coincidentally, I was putting a Java fern into the Tetra 1.5 gallon today and my betta freaked out and jumped out of the tank and plopped on the table, and then dropped another 1.5 feet to the carpet below. If he did that in the Picotope when I wasn't home, he'd be a goner.
