Little White/Clear Bugs? - Freshwater planted tank

Hello all

short version: I got home one day and saw a bunch of these guys all over the glass, I wiped them out with a cloth. Next day there were hundreds of them, they crawl on everything, they're on the substrate, glass and plants. Luckily my Betta fish doesnt seem bothered by them, you can actually see him trying to eat them.

What are these?

Any ideas on how to get rid of them? Is there any living thing that can kill them? (snails idk)

BTW I do not overfeed my betta, and there is no "fish food waste" on the substrate, I give him 9 pellets, counted, a day.
