I have a 10 gallon grow out tank currently housing three runt angelfish and 4 ghost shrimp. I have a piece of driftwood with a nice size java fern on it also I have a ruffle sword rubin sword and 7 little and tiny amazon swords all under a spiral 23w flourescent is this enough light to make grow nice and lucious?

I have a 10 gallon with melon sword and it does fine with one 23w spiral. Originally 2 23w but it causes the tank to overheat. hope that helps..
