I just want to confirm; this is only one dose's worth of fertilizers that you are trying to dissolve in 40 mL of water, correct?
Chances are, if you try to dissolve just the potassium nitrate (KNO3, not KN03) and potassium phosphate, it will dissolve just fine, as the amounts you are trying to dose are well under their solubility limits.
The problem arises most likely with the GH booster. The magnesium and potassium sulfates dissolve relatively easily into water, but the calcium sulfate is a bit harder. You can try adding it on its own to a separate container, though it may not solve your problem.
