CaSO4, aka plaster of paris, is onerous to dissolve.

I would try somethign else for Ca++ if you need such small water volumes and want to mix together, eg, Ca(NO3)2 or CaCl2(since you do not need that much Ca++) both of which dissolve easily.

I add GH booster dry to my sump and it dissolves in the flow well after a couple of hours. You can try adding it to very hot water also.

Use 5% vinegar(acetic acid) to the water 1st, wait 1-2 minutes and swirl it around, then.........add the traces/ferts etc.
Say 5 mls to 100ml. This will destroy the KH and you will have a KH= 0 unless the water is really hard.
