I'm thinking its Limnophila sp Broad?

Maybe if you transition it to submersed growth, it may be easier to ID.
Or flower it while emersed??

It looks like a Limnophila based on the flower and leaf position. It is not L. Rugosa or L. "Wavvy".

Hard to tell because the emersed forms of Limonophila are so different than the submersed form.

For reference: L "Wavvy" Emersed (the color is a bit washed out in this photo; the flowers were a lot more purple than they appear here)

The submersed form hardly looks like the same plant. As mentioned, I would try and convert some to submersed growth as you'll have a much easier time identifying it.
