Limnophila sessiliflora turning brown?

I have a 29-gallon tank with pressurized CO2 and 72-watts of lighting, which is on for 7 hours each day. I'm EI dosing on a daily basis. The tops of my limnophila sessiliflora have recently begun to turn brown, but only the tops. This occurred shortly after a water change and a spot Excel treatment for BBA.

Why is this happening?

I know this is an old thread but even my limnophila aquatica turning brown. I think it's a nutritional problem than low flow. Did the op turn the tide on this issue.. I have worked so much on this but just not able to find the balance.
