So by going by this chart 4 t5 54w ho's above my tank {60x18x24} would be consider Very High Lighting or just High Lighting?

Will my tank has a big center brace in the middle . I only use 2 pairs out of 3 and each lamp are stagger end to end, I'm planning on removing 1 pair and spreading the lamps a little further. I also want to change the plywood to Polycarbonate for it's liter an lest weight to the canopy.
