Lighting suggestions for Mr Aqua 22long
Looking for suggestions on lighting a mr aqua 22 long (36x12x12) for high light/co2/ei dosing.
I WONT be hanging the light. It Will be on its legs

Planted plus is recommended by finnex for Planted tanks. 24/7 needs to be on a timer.

I think you have it backwards. The name "24/7" refers to 24 hours, 7 days a week. It's fully automated, never goes off all the way. It's designed to work without a time. The Planted + needs to be turned on and off, either manually or with a timer.Planted plus is recommended by finnex for Planted tanks. 24/7 needs to be on a timer.

The 24/7 mode seems to cause algae for a lot of users, so the mode needs to be cut short with a timer, or the light needs to be fun on max with a timer.I think you have it backwards.
