If you want to stay low/moderate light, I'd put 2 parallel rows of T5HOs running the length of the tank. Doesn't matter how many bulbs you put in each row (you could do combos of several different lengths).
I'd look around and price fixtures out... a suspended fixture is usually ideal, since you can raise & lower the fixtures to adjust the lighting levels in the tank through distance. But if you've got a canopy already with the tank and you want to use that, then you'll need to look for retrofit kits that will work inside your canopy.
