lighting help

Hello. i picked up this 4tube compact 36" Jbj lighting fixture today. It only says Jbj Aqua in the front, no other markings that i can see. it looks like a formosa model but there are no fans only vents on the side. The bulbs have liner connectors. Its not working. Just looking to what ballast(s) this will need to work. Any info would be great. Also, thanks for this forum and the members participation. More info in here than in a book!!! Thanks in advance.

A four tube power compact fixture should have fans. JBJ put them on two tube fixtures. The side panels on JBJs I've seen are mirrors of each other and have cutouts for fans.

A picture would be worth fewer than a thousand words here, but might get you a very specific answer.
