I have 3 aquatic plants, and I am planning on adding more, as well as some moss. I also have 3 fire bellied toads. I need a bulb for the plants, but it needs to be safe for the toads. I heard that CFL's can be bad for the toads eyes, so I was wondering if a Neodymium 25watt would produce enough of the usable light for my plants?? Here is a link to the bulb I am looking at, it says it is good for plant photosynthesis.

Here is my tank if you are interested. Its a small 10 gal, but it is coming along nicely! I don't know what the live plants are, but I think one is from the anubias species.
