Lighting for a 55.

I need a recommendation for a low tech setup for a 55 gallon tank. I want to avoid CO2 if possible so I am looking for a lower wattage setup but still powerful enough to grow, crypts, tiger lotus, swords, dwarf sags, and your typical low to medium light stuff.

I found a coralife 48" dual bulb fixture. It's normal output 28 watts per bulb. I am just worried that won't be enough. The next step up I keep finding is pretty much High output which I believe would mean CO2 and that means another $200 I don't want to spend.

That Coralife T5NO 2 bulb fixture is apparently the "gold standard" for low tech 55 gallon tanks.
I have a low tech 55 gallon and I use the coralife T5NO. Works great for me.
I have the Coralife T5NO on my low tech 55, and I love it. I also have crypts, tiger lotus, swords, dwarf sags among other plants, and they're all green and algae free.

Is this the fixture you all love so much (the T5 Dual):

Thanks.
