I am getting a 60 gallon that is 48" long and 24" high. I have looked at NOVA T5HO but am turned off by the price. Is there an alternative (preferably lower than $90)

I would have eco complete with a layer of sand on top, low to medium light plants (Echinodorus only, basically swords, pygmy chains, etc.), and will be using Flourish Excel.
