Which kind of light should I be using for a 20 gallon long aquarium. It is going to be planted mainly with Anubis, java moss, java fern, and marimos. It will have a dirted bottom and the occasional dosing of Seachem Flourish. The hood is a 30 inch florescent. I was looking at Aqueon T8. Would this suffice? Any recommendations?

An Aqueon/Coralife 2 bulb T5NO light should work well for that size tank, giving you about 30-35 PAR, which would be perfect for the low light plants you want to use. A one bulb T8 light, a typical standard aquarium light fixture, would also give you about the same light intensity, and might be cheaper.
