Lighting for 10ish gallon

About 12 inches to substrate max. The actual dimensions are 10x20x14H.

I will be looking at LED as I have almost no overhead space.

One thing I am looking at is the current usa satellite fresh water LED. How does this compare to the satellite plus. I cannot seem to find any PAR data for it.

What lighting level would these put me at?

How will you do water changes and general cleaning if there is no overhead space ?
Could you show a picture of it ?

Removable top

Is the regular freshwater LED not meant for plants? I noticed it is nearly half the wattage. But there really are not any other specs to go off of. I don't need the color modes and other features of the LED plus.
