Lighting a 2 foot tank

Im thinking of setting up a 25X15X15 tank, I have a spare 4 x24 t5 luminaire, would this be suffient to grow most plants? im looking to have a nice grassland look

:thumbsup: Shouldn't be a problem if it has decent reflectors.

Its an arcadia unit, they are ok reflactors not as good as individual though.
