A little background on the tank and what your plans and expectations are would be quite helpful. You're posting in the low tech forum so the assumption would be that you're going with a low tech, low light setup for which neither of those lights would be a good choice on a tank that size. I'd recommend a Finnex Stingray for that setup but there are other low-light options as well.
