I would buy a New aquarium:
180x40x35 cm (Long x deep x high)
(Sorry i dont know inches) in the kitchen,

dinner area.

It is low glass aquarium so why I need to know where I can buy very cheap Led-lights.

How much need kelvin? Lumin?

They now make LED replacement T8/T10/T12 'tubes' for shoplight fixtures. Or a row of PAR type LED flood lamps. Both are reasonably inexpensive if you have the fixtures to mount them with.

That's a good idea. I would mount goodlooking fixture(-s). I try to find one long fixture.
