Light Heating a tank?

How much heat reall gets transfered to the water via lighting? I have 4 T5HO bulbs 12-13" above the water and my water temp will 6-7 degrees during a lighting cycle. Is that for real? I have a fan in my canopy and the canopy temp usually stay below 95. Seems like a big jump in temp jst because of lights.

forgot to mention its a 120 gallon tank
