i am thinking to put tank in my room...the main problem that seems to is the light fluctuation that surround the tank..

im most of the day in my room and up to late hours in the night with lights on when i leave the rom i turn off the light and only the light of the tank will be on

how this situation will impact the growth of the plants? if any (only low-tech mosses and maybe riccia if i source any)

The room light will have virtually no effect on the tank, unless it is sunlight shining on the tank. The light sitting on the tank provides many times more intensity than any room lights will.
