I saw this a long time before, but left it on the back on my mind.

I think it's a good idea if you're patient and good at dealing with tiny objects.
The plant selection would be more limited, but it could work really well.

Agreed :thumbsup: and if you don't mind doing water changes every 2-3 days or replacing at least some portion of the water. I would probably run some airline tubing connected to a air pump and at least give it some aeration, using a gang valve to control the flow.

I think the tubing would take up too much space on the neck part of the bulb. I think only moving water animal that could live for long-term in there would be small snails or something.
