Let's Play Plant ID: Baby Tears Edition?

Please ID this plant!

It tagged along with some plants I bought and was living in my java moss for a few weeks until I decided to plant it. I planted it vertically thinking it was an upright plant but it immediately went horizontal and is rooting along the stem as it goes. For scale, the piece in the image above is only about 2 inches long. I'm thinking it looks a bit like baby's tears but I wouldn't know because I've never owned any. Let me know what you think and thanks for the input!

Well, I know just enough about plants to tell you that it is one...

But, it kind of looks like this Bacopa Colorata I just received, except without the pinkness

I think it is a bacopa, but Colorata is much more red, I think it might be Bacopa 'japan', it has a tendency to creep rather than grow up.

Hmm I'm very interested to nail this down. I have a second bunch of it that I'll photo and post tomorrow.
Hemianthus glomeratus (used to go by Hemianthus micranthemoides)
Sounds like we've hit it! Thanks everyone.
