The county west of me (St. Joseph) got 40" in 24 hours on Saturday.
Dogs in the snow ='s a very beautiful thing! I love tossing snowballs at my parents dog and watching him try to eat them mid air.I hear ya, Brotha! I just went out and shoveled 3 inches so far. Yeah last January we got like 3-4 feet. I got like 2 weeks of classes cancelled. Had to be one of the best times in my life.Yeah, it's not much now.... Us fellows in the philly area got almost 4 feet in total in one week(maybe 2?) last year. Now, some melted before each storm but it isn't CO...
Correct me if I'm wrong guys.
That's messed up. I always tip the pizza guy way more than the freaking bartender. Come on! You have to drive to people's freaking houses!!!!!!!!!We're at just over 4" now northwest of Philly. I shoveled the deck real quick. Not gonna tackle the driveway til the morning when its all done. I deliver pizza but luckily I had off tonight and tomorrow so I won't have to deal with it. Washed my car yesterday and it will stay in the garage until friday afternoon. I had people not tip me during the last blizzard we had two weeks ago. That makes me pretty furious... ...but it happens more than you'd think.
lol I hate snow, and have lived here in Colorado my whole life. The week before my wedding in 2003 we got hit by that monster of a storm that dropped 3' on us. Glad that has not happened so far this year, but wait until Feb / March, thats when we get our bigg'unsI don't like snow storms either, and I live in Colorado.

I guess Colorado is the curmudgeon state. Although you guys have your reasons, since they suck at salting and plowing the roads out there. Some of my sister's college classmates were killed in massive traffic accidents on the highways around Col. Springs.lol I hate snow, and have lived here in Colorado my whole life. Some towns are better than others when it comes to clearing, we do not use salts on our roads, but we do use a chemical ice cutter and gravel. The northern front range is great at clearing, Denver is pretty good, but boulder is um.... el-natural lol.I guess Colorado is the curmudgeon state. I used to live in a town that was phenomenal with snow removal and the town right next to us didn't do anything. After a storm there was literally a line where the road was clear and where it was covered at the border of the towns... lol. Some towns are better than others when it comes to clearing, we do not use salts on our roads, but we do use a chemical ice cutter and gravel.
