I'm a curmudgeon! I hate the stuff, and I can't wait for spring ;).
I hear ya, Brotha! I just went out and shoveled 3 inches so far. They say that the worst will hit at midnight-4am..... Yay... My dogs LOVE the snow! They just want to play in the yard and not come in! They also love playing on my frozen pond! Crazy dogs! lol

Another plus, I get to go into work late! :)
I don't like snow storms either, and I live in Colorado.

3 inches? Dang dude, we got hit with nearly 3 feet last week! That was a joy to shovel...

The county west of me (St. Joseph) got 40" in 24 hours on Saturday.
We got about 2" so far. Time to hire the neighborhood kids again.
We're at just over 4" now northwest of Philly. I shoveled the deck real quick. Not gonna tackle the driveway til the morning when its all done. I deliver pizza but luckily I had off tonight and tomorrow so I won't have to deal with it. Washed my car yesterday and it will stay in the garage until friday afternoon. I had people not tip me during the last blizzard we had two weeks ago. That makes me pretty furious... ...but it happens more than you'd think.

Yeah, it's not much now.... Us fellows in the philly area got almost 4 feet in total in one week(maybe 2?) last year. Now, some melted before each storm but it isn't CO...

Correct me if I'm wrong guys.

Dogs in the snow ='s a very beautiful thing! I love tossing snowballs at my parents dog and watching him try to eat them mid air.

Yeah last January we got like 3-4 feet. I got like 2 weeks of classes cancelled. Had to be one of the best times in my life.

That's messed up. I always tip the pizza guy way more than the freaking bartender. Come on! You have to drive to people's freaking houses!!!!!!!!!
yeah we've already got about 3-4 inches and it's only been really snowing for about 2 hours (a little less). I'm hoping for no work tomorrow :hihi: Then I can stay home and watch the pups play in the snow, maybe make a snowman and snuggle with the boy :hihi:

lol I hate snow, and have lived here in Colorado my whole life. The week before my wedding in 2003 we got hit by that monster of a storm that dropped 3' on us. Glad that has not happened so far this year, but wait until Feb / March, thats when we get our bigg'uns

I guess Colorado is the curmudgeon state. Although you guys have your reasons, since they suck at salting and plowing the roads out there. Some of my sister's college classmates were killed in massive traffic accidents on the highways around Col. Springs.

Some towns are better than others when it comes to clearing, we do not use salts on our roads, but we do use a chemical ice cutter and gravel. The northern front range is great at clearing, Denver is pretty good, but boulder is um.... el-natural lol.

I used to live in a town that was phenomenal with snow removal and the town right next to us didn't do anything. After a storm there was literally a line where the road was clear and where it was covered at the border of the towns... lol.

Chestnut hill sucks at snow removal. Good thing I've got full time 4wdr.

LOL sounds like the boarder between Bloomfield and Boulder
Umm...just saying, but we are supposed to get hit with 10" of snow tonight...it has only been snowing for an hour and we already have an inch... and I live in Washington.
Storm is over here. Ended up with about 6" I'd say. Kinda lame. Still hoping my wife has off from school tomorrow....
