If you wanted to try a new type of bulb(color not CFL to Flourescent)
just how long would you use the new bulb for before concluding you did not get any difference in plant growth from it than with the bulb you replaced it with.
Not old bulbs mind you. Just changing from a RED 650nm to a 6700K in
a set of two bulbs where one is already a 6700K.
