I have Ecoxotic LEDs in my nano saltwater tank. A Panorama module with 2 Stunner strips, blue and UV. My corals are growing well on the LEDs.

The LFS I go to is big on LEDs and has a couple planted tanks running on LEDs. The plants are growing well in those tanks too. I'm not sure which LEDs he's running on those tanks but I think it's these.

It looks great with a low profile and isn't horrible. I thought the light was a bit weak on my 10G when I had it on there by itself and was afraid that it wouldn't be sufficient for anything above low/med light plants.

I've since bought the 10W led flood light from LEDwholesalers.com and hung it up using a ZooMed Lampstand. That light is good enough to light a 10G by itself and is quite strong and cheap too!

Good luck!

Wow thanks Mr. Appleton that website is amazing, im definitely gonna purchase something from that website. Even with the shipping and handling its cheaper than the marineland light fixture.

Now its time to decide on which one i was looking at either this one

http://www.ledwholesalers.com/store/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=703

or this one

http://www.ledwholesalers.com/store/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=370

The last one has 225 LEDs and each one is rated 6000k - 7000k!!! The other one is split with blue LEDs and white LEDs im not to sure what the purpose of the blue ones beside having and effect of the colour spectrum.
