I'm looking for input and opinions on the best LED fixture for a 30" deep 4' 150gallon aquarium. I want to go with live plants and want to go with LEDs. I don't know if there are LED fixtures that put enough lumens into that depth. Also will I need CO2? If so, recommendations?

The biggest problem will be the 24 inch front to back depth of the tank. You will need to use two strip-type lights to cover that much depth. If you use two Finnex RayII, 48 inch lights, spaced about a foot apart, sitting on top of the tank, you will get plenty of light at the bottom of the tank. Or, you could suspend the two side by side about a foot above the top of the tank, and get equally good light over the whole tank, which is what I would try. That should give you medium light, and some pressurized CO2 would be very good for that.
