Have you looked at http://www.plantedtank.net/forums/showthread.php?t=184368 ? Some of that information may help you decide what to use, but there is no specific information for LED flood lights.

I don't know how much PAR those flood lights give, so I have no idea whether they would work at all for that size tank. A single Finnex Planted plus light should give you between 40 and 60 PAR at the substrate of a 55 gallon tank. That is enough for any low to medium light plants.
