So the leaves on my Amazon sword are turning transparent... what the heck is that about?

We need a little more information regarding your aquarium setup:

Lighting (intensity, duration, type of bulbs)
Fertilizing regimen, if any? How much, how often?
CO2?
Is the transparency happening in new leaves or old leaves?

And as always, a photo would be helpful.
